Ed’s Negotiation experience was shaped by 2 years working in the recruitment industry, before spending 15 years working in the consumer goods sector and more specifically within wine and spirits.
Prior to joining Scotwork, Ed held key management positions at Pernod Ricard across several business areas including retail, wholesale, the on-trade and convenience. For over 10 years he coached and led high performing teams to negotiate, deliver and grow the wine and spirits portfolio with customers. As well as client facing negotiations, he was regularly involved in negotiations with brand companies and internal colleagues from supply chain, legal, finance and marketing.
